Like everyone else today, I was shocked to hear of the sad passing of John Barry, probably most famous for his Bond themes. So, as a wee tribute, here is the David Arnold/Propellerheads version of On Her Majesty's Secret Service, arguably one of the most underrated of Barry's compositions:
I absolutely fell in love with this version when I first heard it, and it made me appreciate Barry's original even more. It also proves, I think, that great music is great music no matter who's covering it.
